Newlife Housing Limited is a private company who provides long term accommodation for vulnerable adults. We have available properties around Birmingham area which are shared accommodation. 

We help and support individuals to become independent by encouraging and guiding and building confidence. This is achieved through 1:1 support, group sessions and working with specialist’s agencies to meet the individual needs. 

Depending on room size we charge rent at the local housing rate and personal contribution charge at £10.00 weekly which covers all general maintenance and up keeping at the accommodation.
